1. During the warranty period, If the machine fails, the serviceman within three hundred kilometers of the same province or its surrounding areas should be available within 24 hours; in other provinces (towns, districts) within 48 hours; remote areas within 72 hours (excluding the areas with inconvenient and poor traffic or without cell phone signal) after receiving the customer’s notice. 2. If the serviceman cannot be available within the above specified time, we promise that we will compensate the customer RMB 118 per day when exceeding the stipulated time.
